Working alongside horses creates a calm, non-judgemental space that helps clients build emotional awareness and self-regulation, feel grounded and safe in their body, and develop trust, confidence, and connection. I am a registered psychotherapist providing trauma-informed, compassionate care tailored to each individual. I work primarily with children (age 7 and up), youth, women and couples. My approach is collaborative, respectful and focused on helping you move forward at your own pace. We are welcoming new clients. #equineassistedtherapy #psychotherapy #mentalhealth
