In April, we hosted one of our largest Team Wellness days to date for Hospice Peterborough. Over 35 staff participated in a day that included information sharing and engaging in meaningful team-building exercises. We replicated the client journey and invited Sebastian, our ‘horse client,’ to engage in the journey together with the team (and Seb was the perfect client). It was a day of laughter and learning for all.
In addition to our psychotherapy-focused offerings, The Mane Intent also offers Team Wellness and Team Building Days. Participants can engage in a series of exercises that may explore themes like wellness, communication, conflict and collaboration.
If you are not familiar with the work of Hospice Peterborough, it’s an exceptional organization with a focus on supporting individuals and families through life-threatening illness and grief.
