“People who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”Steve Jobs
Achieving growth, organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, or a customer or patient-focused culture all requires significant organizational change. Yet, many leaders and their organizations continue to struggle with the achievement of sustainable organizational change or excellence at work.
Here’s an opportunity to take your change leaders on a unique journey of self-discovery, while building change leadership capacity and competency within your organization. Working in partnership with horses as natural coaches, this unique experiential learning offering takes change leadership to a whole new level of understanding.
The workshop is offered exclusively to groups of 4 – 8 participants and can be customized to reflect your organization’s particular change initiative.
This workshop is designed for leader-managers who are accountable for leading others through cross-functional organizational change initiatives or who are implementing significant change initiatives within their area of accountability.
Participants will have an opportunity to:
By engaging in ground work exercises with horses in a controlled setting, together we uncover communication and interpersonal behaviours. How the horse reacts to your communication, behavior and body language provides us with clear, intuitive feedback you can use to identify opportunities for teams and individual leadership development. No previous horse experience is required and at no point will participants be required to ride a horse.
Each exercise is a combination of demonstration, hands on exploration and guided discussion. This allows participants the opportunity to experience, observe and reflect on how attitude, body language and intent impact what we communicate and the results we get when leading change. All exercises with the horses are on the ground and guided by a professionally certified effectiveness coach and facilitator with significant organizational change experience.
