Save the date! Our next workshop is At the Thresho Save the date! Our next workshop is At the Threshold of Light: A Spring Equinox Journey with Horses and Expressive Arts. Join us as we honour the moment when light and dark are in balance, and consciously choose what we will grow. The equinox is a moment of balance between what has been and what is becoming. Many life transitions live here — not fully released, not yet formed. We’ll explore how to be present at that threshold. This is an opportunity to: deepen your connection to the natural world and seasonal cycles; experience horses as sentient beings of balance, presence and authenticity. You’ll engage in a ground-based, non-riding experience, with emphasis on choice and observation; support personal reflection on emergence, transition, growth and intention; and integrate body, heart, and imagination through expressive arts. No previous art experience is necessary. The equinox is a threshold, not a destination. Balance between light and dark is dynamic, not static. Growth begins below the surface before it becomes visible. Sunday, March 22, 2026. $60 per person. 1-4 pm - see details on the calendar page of our web site themaneintent.ca #equineassistedlearning #springequinox #horses #nature #transitions
In Katharine May’s Wintering, ‘wintering’ is a met In Katharine May’s Wintering, ‘wintering’ is a metaphor for the difficult, quiet, or low periods of life. The benefits of wintering, as May describes them, include: permission to rest, deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, resilience and renewal, reconnection with nature’s rhythms, gentler self-compassion, and meaning in stillness. Wintering reframes hardship as necessary season of care, reflection, and preparation, rather than something to ‘fix’ or rush through. It teaches that slowing down is often what allows life to begin again. We are all just wintering over here. #wintering #selfcare #resilience #equineassistedtherapy #equineassistedpsychotherapy #emotional

It will include a guided visualization with the herd and an expressive arts activity. Sunday, March 22 at 11:00 a.m. Mark your calendar. #springequinox #equineassistedtherapy #nature #cycles

Sometimes insight arrives quietly — through connection, presence and trust. We are welcoming new clients.
